Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of DailyTTRPG, an asynchronous tabletop-inspired RPG platform for SMS gameplay and future web/app interfaces. By using DailyTTRPG, you agree to these Terms.
Description Of Service
DailyTTRPG lets players participate in persistent fantasy adventures through concise story prompts, player replies, gameplay state, character progression, and campaign updates.
Early Access And Beta Status
DailyTTRPG is currently in development and early testing. Features, availability, campaign content, messaging cadence, and access rules may change as the product is tested and improved. Access may be limited to invited testers.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account or contact information when requested.
- Use DailyTTRPG only for lawful purposes.
- Respect other players, testers, administrators, and support staff.
- Keep account access and campaign information reasonably secure.
Acceptable Use
You may not use DailyTTRPG to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or exploit others.
- Send unlawful, harmful, hateful, or abusive content.
- Interfere with the service, messaging systems, infrastructure, or other users.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or gameplay data.
Gameplay Content
DailyTTRPG may include fictional fantasy situations, conflict, danger, character decisions, and generated or authored narrative content. Gameplay outcomes are part of the fictional service experience and may change during testing.
SMS Messaging
SMS gameplay is governed by the DailyTTRPG SMS Terms. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.
Availability
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of DailyTTRPG at any time, especially during private beta and early validation.
No Warranty
DailyTTRPG is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, availability, reliability, or non-infringement.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DailyTTRPG and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or service availability.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to DailyTTRPG if a user violates these Terms, creates risk for other users or the service, or if access must be changed during early testing.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service develops. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
